The
European Union is from the European Community of developing. The
European Union is set of political entities and economic entities, and it is
regional integration organizations that have an important impact on the
world. In Dec 1992 the
European Community of Maastricht Summit through Maastricht Treaty that means establishing
a monetary union without a political union. In 1th November 1993,
the EU officially established.
The
establishment of the European Union has more advantages for each member
of the countries. Firstly, the EU use single currency, is called
"Euro", and single currency can save large change. Make skill,
talent Capital, resource gets best allocation. Preliminary estimate, use
Euro can make trading volume doubled in the euro zone. Secondly, European
Union improves each member of international influence. The EU's economic
strength is the world's first,
and the EU advocates multilateralism so it lay an important role in
international affairs. Lastly, goods can be free trade without duty, and people
can move to another country easily without a passport. This can
greatly convenient people's life and improve quality of life.
On
the other hand, establish the EU also has some disadvantages, firstly, Individual
members economic strength are not the same that cause European
Union implementation of many of the policies that for each
member affect was not sane. Some countries would benefit from their
policies and some not have. Secondly, each Member State has lost some
power, such as lost of customs rights.
In
general, establishment of the European Union is more good than harm.
