Time Manager

I believe that one person who wants to succeed, which need a good time manager aided him. It is a very important way to achieve their aims, and we can see all of  successful people who always have a good time manager. Therefore, if I want to improve own self and become better, that need change my habits and set a good time manager.

Firstly, I need have a strong execution, that means I need strictly require oneself to do the things that all ready written down per day. This is a very significant point that can let me continue to do the things I have to do.

Secondly, I need give all of the things of per day, that set a plan of urgency that means which things are the current things that I have to do at the moment, and which is pervious things that not urgency for me, I can finish it in my free time.

Lastly, Every night, I need to summarize all of the things that I have done. Think the things, which one is better and which one is not good, if I meet these things after that how can I do let it better than this one. 

It is very difficult for me, but I believe that insist to do, I will have a  qualitative leap.

Team work

Team Work

This week we constitute team group to do some quizzes in the book. I think our group strengths are that have more knowledge in each area. So we have more way to do each question and always found the best way to do. Secondly, we had good conversation skills in our group, we respect each other in the group, and share ideas. Therefore , the way is very important in team work. On the other hand, we not need improve more, as we see a question and not made good answer that the main problem is we not have understood the question. Thus, next time we will improve our group disadvantages and keep advantages, I believe next time will be better.

The Welsh Assembly

Since 5^th May 2011, the Welsh Assembly government can use its new powers. The powers are voted by the people of the welsh, that have 63.5% of people voted yes in the referendum. The powers have 20 areas of responsibility given to the National Assembly for Wales. Such as Culture, Environment, Food and so on. The day is a very important historic event for Walsh. Because, before the now- making power, Walsh makes each policy need The UK government allowed, and it need long time to do. But now, The Assembly can make laws on subjects in all of the 20 areas, without the UK Parliament’s agreement, “and this can reduce the bureaucracy and the length of time it currently takes to make and confirm byelaws- partly due to the requirement for confirmation by the Welsh Minister.” Jones ( 2012) said.

A new government

A new government

On 6^th May 2012, the UK got a new government, and this is a coalition government by between the conservative party and the Liberal Democrats. The prime minister is the leader of the Conservatives, and he is the youngest prime minister for almost 200 years. This is first time the Lib Dems in 65 years that made part of a government.

In the general election, the Conservations won 30% of the votes, labor 29%, abed the Lib Dems 23%. On the other hand, Of the 650 seats in the British parliament, the Conversations won 306, Labor won 258, and the Lib Dems only have 57. Therefore, the system of the British parliament votes that is not fair for the Lib Dems, and many the UK people also agree. In the negotiations, the Lib Dems think need change to a proportional system as a condition for entering a coalition. Last the Conservative agree it. However, the reformers need a long way from full PR.
