In my oppoint, the prison main purpose is help the guys change them wrong mind and behavior, and to help them to became a helpful peopson for society. this view for most of guys who just first time into the person. On the other hand, if some guys not only once times into the persion, it means prison not can effective influence his behavior, so we need use other way to transform him, give him strong punishment, even death penalty.

Yes, it is. In China, have many serious developing problems, one of them is government have more stronger power. Sometimes, they can change sometimes that according to them want, even break the law. For example, one of leader's son drink drive and rush someone, when the police want to arrest him, he just said who can arrest me, my father is a leader in the government, if you arrest me, you will be in the problem..Then, the police got a phone call, and let the driver gone. This is very terribles things, the ingore authority of law and it is very unfair for the people. As a result, the behavior of break the law through media report, many of bad civil servant were expeled, and these bad things is more and more less in our country.

6.Which is the more serious problem in your country- tax evasion or social security fraud?
I think both is very serious problem in our country. if country- tax evasion that will directly reduce the government income, and then the government not have enough money to bulid the social security system, it could be effect the social stabilize. and if some guys fraud the social security, that also will led real need help people can not get help, it becomes vicious circls. Therefore it is very serious problrm for our country. I advice our country can study The UK, build a personal integrity system to reduce social security fraud, and the government can increase the punishment for country- tax evasion, let some companies afraid to do it.
7.Should the police have the right to stop and search you in the street without a warrant?
I think the police should not have the right. Because, it could be violate the human right, and if the police have the right could be can reduce some society problems, such as crime, steal. But it also can increase other serious problems. Someone cold be pretend the police to search your information, and make you get very terrible damage from heart or economy.
But on the other hand, if meet very serious situation or evens, I agree the police have this right. For example, Olympic Games. The right can ensure the games smootly ending.
